Creations by Crystal Graphic Design, also known as CbyCGraphicDesign, is based out of the Far North DFW area.  We are a very small 1 woman business.  I am a

We only collect the data necessary to complete the projects we take on.  Whether it’s building a website, creating products to accent your brand or business, or personalizing invitations, our baby books, or couples book.  We only use the info you give us to complete the job.

CbyCGraphicDesign will never share or sell your contact information.  All information provided is considered confidential. The information used for user Account creation is used for just that user account creation.

It maintains the database of sales and orders so you can log in and view past purchases.  It allows me to contact you to send out shipping and tracking data as well.

It will also allow for account recovery and password reset should the need occur

First You do Not Have to use Login with Google to sign up with a Gmail Account.  You can fill out the normal Account Creation form, I just wanted to offer my customers another option for Account Creation. 

The information we take with the  Google Login Gateway is that which allows you to access your account.  If you would rather register your CbyCGraphicDesign Customer Portal Login that way instead of creating a separate username and password for it.

All you have to do is hit the Sign up with Google Button You do not have to remember an account password.  Also shuts down the chance of having to reset a password and lost passwords in the future.

Signing up with Google does give us access to certain parts of your profile  The Data you are providing is your Name, Email, you just will not have a unique password to log into this website.

• It is protected behind the website’s firewall and the host’s server’s firewall. 
• Your account Privacy is very important to me.  To reset a password one must be able to access your email. 
• You can request at any time that your account be removed and I will do my very best to do so.

But I will probably ask you a couple of questions about your history in the shop and on the site to verify you are you and not someone trying to impersonate you as long as you have been an active customer.

Payments are accepted through a secure payment processor, the site is SSL hosted. With both firewalls and additional security in place.  I do not have direct access to any credit card numbers.

I do accept a couple of alternate payment methods for those who are local. If you choose a local pick-up option. You always have the opportunity to pay Cash at Pick-up. 

For a Custom Order and when Bids are needed on a Project, I can also send you an invoice.

I have a few projects that require very exact and specific information that must be gathered in order to be completed.  In some instances, these require the customer to fill out a form so I know exactly what you are wanting and looking for. 

I will ask a bunch of questions to hopefully be able to get exactly what I need to do for the project.  Sometimes it might be easier to converse on Facebook or Instagram and I am always happy to talk to my clients over the messengers there.  I’m still on Etsy and Etsy does have its Live chat.  I have email, and in the past, I have made myself available by phone and text for clients.  I might not have my numbers posted by that does not mean I will not make myself available for my clients.  It’s mostly the telemarketers I’m trying to avoid.

The Site may collect some Cookie Data from some of the Plugins. I do opt out whenever possible but….

Like I said I keep my personal Contact information off my website, at least my phone number.  It use to be on it.  This avoids annoying sales calls.

I will never sell your Contact information.  If I ask hey can I use something I designed for you in my portfolio?  That what you see has the people’s info that have given permission for others to view and have on display.  Or Dummy Addresses.  

I will NEVER SELL YOUR INFORMATION.  I also have ZERO interest in buying people’s information.  I love referrals everyone has a right to their privacy they do not need a bunch of unsolicited stuff.

These 2 items are completely geared toward young children.  I have a password-protected form for each on this site, at the time of checkout you will get the link to the page and the password to the form that you can go fill out at your convenience.

To make these more Magical and because as we all know Santa knows all…I need my special Elves to feed me info.  Every Question I ask helps me get a better picture of the child for when I write the letters but if there is ever a question you do not want to answer you are free to skip it.

This information is on Children.  It is extra sensitive I understand it and I only want you to tell me what you are comfortable.  I try to make sure the letters are written age appropriate and some of the tone might change knowing if I am writing to a little girl or little boy. But Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents……you are the ones who need to be comfortable providing this information.  It is never shared. 

I started these for my own Nephews and Nieces.  It’s my code.

Also unless you reach out or indicate you want me to make sure to remind you next year to order again. I will not contact you year after year.
